3. FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS

Reviews are used to determine team membership. You agree to provide constructive feedback and avoid foul language when reviewing services rendered by our team members. Feedback is analyzed to decide on the continuation of team members’ contracts. Gigdraft reserves the right to terminate a team member’s contract if reviews fall below 90% or if they receive two negative reviews or less than 3 stars three times.

3.1 DISPUTES

Clients must follow the dispute process by contacting support and providing information about their assigned writer and order. To report a dispute or complaint: Please contact support via Contact and provide details about the assigned writer and order.

3.2 UNATTENDED ORDERS

If an order is left unattended for approval within 7 days, it will be automatically completed. If a client expresses satisfaction but does not formally accept the submitted order, an admin will review the work. If the draft meets Gigdraft standards, the order status may be changed to "Accomplished." If a client is dissatisfied with any decisions made by our team, they should email support immediately for amendments.

3.3 REVISION

If the initial writer’s work is deemed poor beyond edit by a succeeding team member or admin, a new team member will be assigned at the first stage. The initial draft will not be rewarded, and the writer may be unable to continue working with us.

3.4 LAWSUITS

In the event of a lawsuit, all charges and trials shall be brought before the legal institution of the country where Gigdraft.com is registered. All litigation, arbitration, and mediation shall be resolved under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) of the respective country.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY

Every team member and user agrees to keep all personal information obtained via this platform private. Writers agree to severe legal actions if they share confidential or less confidential information of any client with third parties outside the administration or administrators of Gigdraft.com.

5. COMMUNICATION BETWEEN TEAM MEMBERS AND CLIENTS

Team members face greater penalties, including possible loss of membership and earnings, for such behavior. Team members are not permitted to share personal details or contact information with clients. If alternative communication is required, please contact support.
