THEREFORE, BY USING ANY OF OUR SERVICES, JOINING OUR TEAM, OR SIGNING UP ON WWW.GIGDRAFT.COM (OR GIGDRAFT.COM) OR ANY OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES, YOU AGREE TO ADHERE TO EVERY OF THE STATED CONDITIONS, AGREEMENTS, AND POLICIES.

The agreement below is between gigdraft.com and each of its users. Though all our policies, disclaimers, and conditions are in the interest of our clients, the platform reserves the right to amend any of the conditions below with or without your notice.

1.   GIGDRAFT ACCOUNTS

This part explains the legal bindings guiding you immediately after you signed up on gigdraft.com as either a writer or client.

1.1 REGISTRATION

All our services demand that you register on gigdraft.com as either a team member (writer) or client (customer). Hence, your decision to create an account or use any of our services automatically authenticates your agreement to abide by our conditions, disclaimers, and policies. All users, regardless of their choice of account, are mandated to verify their email address before they can access any of our services.

1.2 ACCOUNT PROFILE

The client account does not mandate the completion of a profile. However, for the team member's account, all sessions of the profile must be completed within 5 days of successful application (after the invitation email is sent).

1.3 CLIENT ACCOUNT

Clients are accorded the right to order for any kind of service and receive a quote for such service, even before they proceed to checkout. This type of account has limited features, and it is limited to just order calculation, subscription, and ordering only.

1.4 WRITER OR TEAM MEMBER’S ACCOUNT 

This type of account offers every feature of client’s account in addition to its special attributes. It is geared toward earning. Thus, users who wish to operate this category of account must complete an application to join the Gigdrafter’s team; if their application is approved, they will be accorded the privilege of working with our team. Unlike client account holders, team members (or writers) are mandated to edit and complete their profile within 5 days of approval. Accounts with incomplete profiles might lose their membership if this directive is disregarded for more than 5 days after invitation.

1.5 ACCOUNT PERMISSION

By signing up on gigdraft.com, you authenticate your adherence to desist from registering an account on behalf of an individual, entity, organization, group, company, or any agency. Gigdraft is not meant to link up service providers with clients. Hence, any action that involves the exchange or an attempt to exchange contact information will result in the termination of the two parties’ accounts, regardless of their account balances. A refund shall not be issued. This decision cannot be reversed or appealed either. Moreover, as a user, you are fully responsible for every activity you perform on our platform, including any action that coincides with or violates the law of your country of residence. Gigdraft.com or any of its affiliations shall not be held responsible for actions performed by any of its users.

1.6 LOCATION AND IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Gigdraft.com reserves the right to verify your identity in any case. This might be through your Internet Protocol (IP) address, forms, resume, identity card, or other identity documents. The platform reserves the right to disable or inactivate your account when you violate any of its terms, conditions, and/or policies.

1.7 SIGN UP & LOGIN CREDENTIALS

Emails, Passwords, and names are mandatory to create an account on gigdraft.com. Therefore, every user is responsible for the accuracy of these details. Each user is also responsible for the safety of these credentials. Hence, we recommend passwords or passcodes that are difficult to guess. We would suggest a password that includes punctuations, numbers, and alphabets at the same time.

1.8 ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Gigdraft.com reserves the right to terminate your account at any moment without your notice. This will most likely occur when you fail to adhere to its terms, conditions, and/or policies.

2.   TAXES AND BENEFITS

Each user is responsible for his/her tax payment. Gigdraft does not deduct tax fees from any of its team members or clients. The platform does not offer any other benefit outside the quality services it renders and the payment for such services to the team members involved.

3.   FEEDBACKS AND REVIEWS

Though reviews are used to determine who stays or leave our team, you agree to be constructive and avoid foul language while writing a review about a service that was rendered to you by one of our team members. All feedbacks are collected and analyzed to decide the continuity of our contract with every team member. Gigdraft reserves the right to terminate a team member’s contract at any time when reviews and feedbacks go below 90% or when a team member earns up to two negative reviews or less than 3 stars three times.

3.1 DISPUTES

Clients are expected to follow the due dispute process, which involves contacting support and supplying information about their assigned writer and order/orders. Gigdraft.com and its team reserve the right to discard any dispute or complaint that is not reported through this process. The platform and its management are also vindicated from any consequence of an unreported issue that might occur as a result of using any of its services.

Though unlikely to occur, delays caused by clients in any form might disrupt the delivery of a project. Therefore, Gigdraft and its team shall be exonerated of any guilt when a client is either not responsive or cooperative with the assigned team member.

3.2 UNTENDED ORDERS

The platform is particularly interested in the satisfaction of every client. However, in the case where an order on Awaiting Approval is left unattended by the client within 7 days, such an order will be automatically achieved. Similarly, when a client expressed his/her satisfaction through the message feature but chooses not to formally accept the submitted order, the Admin monitoring the quality of such order shall review the work. If the draft is found worthy of Gigdraft standards, the admin shall reserve the right to change the order status to Accomplish. Notwithstanding, if a client is not satisfied with any of our team members or admins' decisions, the client shall email support immediately for amendment. 

3.3 REVISION

If the first writer’s work is tagged poor beyond edit by a succeeding team member or the admin in charge, a new team member shall be assigned at the first stage. Since the first draft is neither useful to Gigdraft nor the client, there will be no form of reward. The writer, in this context, shall be accorded the right to claim ownership of the piece. However, to protect the client's right to quality content, such a writer might be unable to proceed with us. 

3.4 LAWSUITS

In the event of a lawsuit, you agree that all charges and trials shall be brought before the legal institution of the country Gigdraft Global is registered as a business. All litigation, arbitration, and mediation shall only be resolved (or tried) under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA)of the country Gigdraft Global is registered as a business.

4.   CONFIDENTIALITY

 Every team member, including all other users, agrees to keep all personal information obtained via this platform, or any other means, private. Particularly, writers agree to subject themselves to severe legal actions if they, by any means, share confidential or less confidential information of any client with a third party outside the administration or administrators of Gigdraft Global or gigdraft.com.

5.   COMMUNICATION BETWEEN TEAM MEMBERS AND CLIENTS

Both team members and clients agree to desist from employing foul or abusive words of any kind in their communication. As much as this obligation is imposed on both parties, team members would have more to lose in this regard. This could go as far as the loss of their membership and earnings. This is a similar penalty when a team member shares his or her personal details or contact information with a client. This is irrespective of the scenario or how important this is. In a case where other means of communication is unavoidable, please contact support.

5.1 OFFICIAL EMAILS

Official email addresses will be issued to a selected team member. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of this email and protect your inbox against unauthorized access. This email shall be shared with just your clients in a case where an alternative means of communication is required. You agree not to use this email address outside your tasks on gigdraft.com You also agree not to delete or tamper with any file received via this email. You are also not permitted to share any of your personal detail or contact with your clients either via gigdraft.com or its email, or any other means. You attest to the decision of gigdraft.com to terminate your account and reclaim your earnings when you violate any of these agreements. This specific violation and its consequences cannot be appealed. 

6.   PAYMENT

Payment for orders can only be fulfilled via Paypal, Paystack, Bitcoin, Bank Deposit, and Bank Transfer. A more advisable mode of payment anywhere in the world is Paypal and Bitcoin. Other payment options are suitable for clients in Africa. You acknowledge that gigdraft.com may use any of the above-stated payment methods for payment processing.

6.1 TASK FEES AND ASSIGNATION

Tasks are assigned based on a number of factors, including credibility, competence, experience, and history. Moreover, a team member's biodata shall be used as criteria for task assignation. Thus, team members’ specialties shall be the basis for the assignation of tasks. The administrators of gigdraft.com reserve the right to allocate a fee to a task. Team members also reserve the right to either accept or reject a task but this should be done within 12 hours to avoid a penalty.

6.2 RECEIVING PAYMENT

For team members, your withdrawal shall only be fulfilled via Paypal and Bank Transfer but just to a receiving account that matches your profile information. The Paypal mode of receiving payment shall only be available to team members outside Africa. For refund cases, your fund shall be processed via the exact medium it was fulfilled. Please note that we do not process a refund for fees paid via wire transfer or bank transfer. This is an exception for Nigerians. Payments fulfilled via Nigerian bank transfer or bank deposit shall be only refunded to the exact bank account it was initiated. In addition, team members in Nigeria shall only be paid in Naira, and the exchange rate shall be independent or dependent on the daily bank rate.

6.3 WITHDRAWAL OF EARNINGS

To curtail fraud and uphold the credibility of our drafts and platform, all withdrawal requests shall only be processed at the end of each month. Please note that a withdrawal request for an earning that is less than $15 shall not be approved.

6.4 U.S. DOLLARS AND CURRENCY CONVERSION

Gigdraft.com adopts the United States Dollar for billing its clients. Fulfilling a payment in a different currency might incur currency conversion. Gigdraft.com does not charge a currency conversion fee from clients and shall therefore be acquitted of any cost or additional cost that this might cause.
