1. What if I have a preferred writer?


If you have a specific writer you prefer, you can indicate this in the instruction section of your order. However, if your preferred writer is engaged with other projects, we may assign a writer with a similar rating and experience. Please note that choosing a preferred writer will waive your money-back guarantee and benefits related to our Revision Policy.


2. What if my assigned writer rejects my revision request?


If any of our team members reject your revision request, they will face penalties. Additionally, a new writer will be assigned to you. Please report any team member who does not comply with our Revision Policy to the support team.


3. What if my assigned writer requests my contact information?


None of our team members are allowed to request your contact information. They are only permitted to communicate through the platform's message feature or their official email address with the @gigdraft.com extension. If any team member deviates from these guidelines, please report them to the support team. Be aware that Gigdraft ceases to protect you once you bypass our guidelines or violate our Terms and Conditions.


4. What if my assigned writer is rude?


We have a zero-tolerance policy for impoliteness. Using abusive language or being rude to any of our clients can result in permanent account deactivation and forfeiture of earnings.
