1. WHAT IF I HAVE A PREFERRED WRITER?

If you have a writer that you prefer, there is an option for you to disclose that. You can as well input this in the instruction section of your order. However, should this individual be engaged with other projects, we might assign a writer with a similar rating and experience to you. Please note that choosing a writer strips you of your money-back guarantee and stage 4 & 5 revision policy benefits.


2. WHAT IF MY ASSIGNEE REJECTS MY REVISION REQUEST?

Any of our team members who reject your request for revision shall be penalized. A new team member shall also be assigned to you in the process. Please report any team member who violates our revision policy to the support via email or the contact form.


3. WHAT IF MY ASSIGNEE REQUESTS FOR MY CONTACT?

None of our team members is permitted to request your contact. Team members are only allowed to communicate with you via the message feature of the platform or through their official email address with the @gigdraft.com extension. If any of our team members act otherwise, please report him or her to support immediately. Gigdraft automatically ceases to protect you and your right once you bypass our guidelines or violate any of our policies.


4. WHAT IF MY ASSIGNEE IS RUDE?

We frown against impoliteness to a great degree. Please note that the use of abusive words or rudeness to any of our clients could result in the permanent deactivation of your account and the forfeiture of your earnings. Therefore, every team member is expected to uphold professionalism to the highest point.
