1. Any of our team members fail to deliver your draft at the stipulated time

2. A duplicate transaction or order occurs. In this case, only one of the transactions shall be reversed, and that would be your later debit or transaction.

3. Your order was mistakenly placed. Please note that refund shall only be processed in this case if your order is not yet assigned.

4. We shall not honor any request for a refund except on the ground of these 3 cases.
